Cant sign into psn - error code 80023017

Anyone else having problems or know of energency maintenance?

Think ive solved my internet problem from last week, needed a new micro filter...

30 mins of trying no joy, post up and it lets me in....

Once I signed in, I downloaded the latest game patch, and now I can't even start the game!I think it's a widespread problem with the error code. PSN status is 'Partially Available'

There is a euro match on........

I downloaded the patch can sign in okay, but can't get on to the store, and I think DLC2 has just become available for those without elite.
