A Big Thank You To A Few Peeps

i have a list as long as my arm of people from this clan that i could say thank you to, for several different reasons but i just wanted to say thank you to a few from last night.

First Ladyhazrad, Need4sleep, and psyklops, thanks for those private games last night. Need was the task master, but it was basically everyone had to run with a sniper rifle, and then you could choose the rest of your set up yourself. Obviously free for all games! Oh, and kill cam turned off! It was great fun and always a laugh listening and joining in with the banter with fellow clan members.

i soon regretted my first decision to have my secondary weapon as the crossbow!!! it was funny when i managed to stick psyklops at the start of the match, not so funny for me after, when i realised everyone was running with a pistol for their secondary and i got my ass kicked in most CQ combat situations Psyklops had his revenge for that stick soooo many times as well, especially in a game we had on nuketown, when i was behind him for ages, trying my best to line up my tomahawk, only for him to turn around, i panic throw my T. miss from about a meter just before he shoots me down (shame we didn't record it)

Private games are a lot of fun and something we should do more often

My last thank you, but certainly not least goes to Banshee. A huge thank you to you buddy! i consider my self an average player, a player that has good and bad games. I've got myself to a standard now where i expect to have more good games than bad, but every so often it flips round and i have, say one good game out of ten

I'm having one of those bad runs now, and struggling to get out of it, so whilst playing on my own last night i decide to run with dogs as my last killstreak, in my head i've convinced myself if i can just get my dogs out it'll boost my confidence!?

Not even coming close, banshee happens to join me, and after about the 5th game in a row that i'd said to him "I'm going to have one more game buddy" i finally get those dam dogs out....... thanks to banshee!

First i had ran out of ammo, banshee happened to respawn behind me, not only did he offer to escort me to where he knew where a gun had been dropped, but he took the front, and killed an enemy for me, allowing me to pick up his weapon. Then when i realised i was only one kill away from my dogs, scared to hardly move, banshee once again, takes the front, protecting me and being my lookout, and basically offering to use himself as bait to draw the enemy out!

Had he not done all this, i very much doubt i would have got my dogs out, a true team player! I will gladly return the favour any time

Sounds like load of fun, kind of a bummer I wasn't there. I do agree that we should try to set up more private matches. Surely the clan has grown enough now.

And I disagree 100% with Smashy: You are NOT an average player my friend. You can shoot circles around me with your eyes closed if you choose to do so. So sush!

That's awesome! Now that's a team player! Way to go Banshee!

Ha ha, thanks zuiy had you seen me play yesterday you wouldn't be saying that, I was so off with my aiming to begin with last night, I could see they weren't in my sights and then when I went to adjust I was too heavy on the left and right analog sticks and ended up aiming everywhere but at the enemy! And then I was just doing loads of stupid stuff, running too much, going through big open spaces, going down the middle of maps etc

Banshee will prob be modest about what he did in that game, but it truly was down to him that I kept the killstreak going, had he not done what he did it would've just come down to luck, something I dont have in abundance on black ops
