I posted a topic relating to that just a bit ago.

Vince, I enjoyed playing in game with you last night. As you meet new 4gc members be sure to add them to your friend list.

Don't be afraid to speak up in game, calling out where you see enemies, got killed, etc. will only help the team win. Number 1 priority for most of us is to win regardless of our personal stats. If you want to work on call outs or different game modes let us know and many of us will be more than happy to help you out.

As far as i know your two week "probation" begins today with your first vouch. During this time you should seek out clan members to play with as much as possible so that we can get to know you better and your full membership will begin without delays.
