Skyrim Question

So I decided to play skyrim last night. I haven't played this since around last year and I don't remember if this was an issue back then. I keep freezing the system every time I try to swim or go under water. Anyone know if this is just an issue with the game or is it just me. If it is an issue is there a fix for it?

This exact same thing happened to me last night. I also had a couple saved games fail to load.

it was the update they put out, here is the fix.

if you haven't played in a while, you now can use weapons while on horseback.
