I'll go as i was supposed to be off to france then but family things have changed with my missus mum having been told she has breast cancer..

Those old school arcade games are the most intriguing to me lol, and mass amounts of beer.

If some of you are going, I might actually go too. A ferry trip only costs me like 40 euros and the expo tickets are cheap also. Only thing to worry about are the hotels, they are freakin expensive so I'll have to see if I can afford it. September 27 is my birthday, so I might be able to persuade my parents to book a weekend at London for me as a gift

Sander, I already planned this and im going on saturday. I reserved a hostel wich costs peanuts instead of a hotel u only use for the bed. Also at a hostel you can get to know other people and stuff.
Im leaving by fasttrain on friday eve after work. So will be around 22oclock (belgian or english time i don't know yet) at london i hope.

The hostel were i am staying is near an underground station and is only some kilometers from the expo itself.

Cool so how about everyone who can go down friday does goes to the expo - meet foriegn arrivals on the firday night few beers and food - Go home on sat or back in to the expo saturday with the ones that can only make it on a weekend - more beer and food at night?

Or as the Eu guys will be there sat - we risk the kids being in the way and just all go for that day?

if we were to go it would have to be the saturday for us,

i will have a look in to nearby (cheapish) hotels, but more than likely the travel lodge (£60) will be fine, its only 0.5miles from Earls court & its all on the main tube line. Kensington i think.
