I reported the sound glitch to the official BF twitter page today and they have told me they're looking into it so hopefully it gets sorted. If anyone else is on twitter I'd suggest you do the same and then hopefully the more people that report it, the more attention they'll pay to it.

The last patch was supposed to fix it, but I have had it happen more often since then.

Happens to me all the time now. You can't even hear the alarm when the enemy armed a M-com.
