Sniping......

Anyone do this often? i don't see any members sniping myself.

Only when I'm shooting Rabbits.

Never been any good at sniping on any game. The rabbits run around too fast.

hate the sniping on black ops to unreliable hit markers second chance etc. i will pick one up if i need a weapon but havent unlocked one now for a few prestiges. on that tho loved sniping on mw2 had so great games on estate 2 nukes in consective games while sniping

Sniping on MW2 was so much easier.

I tried sniping last night on convoy and ended the game 2 for 3. Needless to say I won't be sniping again until MW3 is released.

I just can't get to grips with it. Fair play to those who are good at it though! Sniper and shotgun classes, are two classes I very rarely touch!

i do snipe sometimes. you just have to make sure you aim high in Blops. I do also still play MW2 and snipe there too. and i will Thermal Barret Hardscope people too. watch out.

I snipe mostly on array. Im no pro but most of the time i can hold my own with it.

started giving it a try recently after a recent run of form with th shotgun came to a crashing end and doing alright with it, be paitent go for the head, but some games the hit markers are of and cant land a bullet when they are stood still. I think the only guns I dont touch are the LMG's

with a link to playing private matches and having fun would any one be interested in private sniping lobby on mw2?

depends on how many people prob only use the small maps but bet we could get some good footage from it shame its has no theatre mode

That's easily sorted. With a capture card you can video live.

I am not a huge fan of the sniper. I'll pick one up and use it if I run out of ammo but other then that I rarely use one. I'm just not very good with it. I've used one in combat training to try and get used to it but haven't quite developed the skill to try and use one in multiplayer.

I love playing as a sniper....i do it on any map that is big enough to make it worthwhile (In particular 'Array' / 'Radiation' / 'WMD')

I don't have an issue with hitboxes while sniping - i just think that it takes a lot of patience.

I also try and help out people on voice-comms so if any of the 4GC hear me giving out locations and enemy positions - its because im up a tower and sniping.

I'd actually prefer to play as a sniper on every map - but some maps just dont work.
