Destiny info

This game looks amazing, well what little bit we've seen. Does anyone know a good bit about this game? Is this going to be like Halo crossed with killzone crossed with CoD? I need info!

My phone is having trouble loading the page but i did notice the date was from nearly a year ago on the article. My main question i guess is info on the multiplayer

One thing I read is all players are on the same side and you do quests much like in MMOs.

That is what im seeing too. Kinda like borderlands in a way. But I haven't found any thing on like team deathmatch or team slayer

I stumbled across this video of an interview with the lead designer. He says there is a competitive multiplayer but each person has their own character and you take that character and the weapons/armor you find in quests to multiplayer.

the part about automatic nerfing is really odd. so i think that they are saying, if I'm running around about to get a KEM strike, they will nerf my gun and get me killed? to keep the crappy players happy? im not sure about this but hey, maybe its a great idea? game looks cool for sure.
