Is PC Controllers Cheating?

Let me state my case before the grand Jury makes it ruling.

I got back into PC games here lately and 2 games for now. Late in June it will be 3. I done got so use to the PS3 controller that I bought a PC look alike controller BUT neither game is PVP their both PVE.

BUT

The game I will be starting next month is both PVP & PVE I will be playing PVP for the first time so my question to jury (you that play pc games too) is using a controller cheating? Do I have an advantage over keyboard guys?

I wouldn't want someone to do that to me.

No it is not cheating having a controller i think that it is actually better but it depends on what you are playing.

Always found i could be quicker and more accurate with a mouse and keyboard....
