i can say that i got close a couple of times. didnt get a kill yet but i am getting better at judging air vehicles with my RPG/SMAW.

To be honest.... i am not entirely clear on what is even happening in that vid... but it looks like some kind of insane stunt and it involved a mid air kill

Jets are super hard to fly and fight, let alone hit midair with a nontargeting missile and continue flying. It's about the most extreme thing i've seen done on the game. My jaw is absolutely gaping. :p
